Acupuncture
Initial: $200
Follow up: $150
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves inserting very thin needles into specific points on the body. These points are believed to lie along pathways called meridians, where vital energy, or Qi, flows. The goal of acupuncture is to restore balance and promote the body's natural healing by stimulating these points. It’s commonly used to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall wellness.
Below are some of the acupuncture styles we currently offer:
-Traditional Chinese Acupuncture
-Orthopedic Acupuncture and Dry Needling
-Auricular Acupuncture
-Electroacupuncture
$100
Cupping is a traditional therapy that uses special cups to create suction on the skin. This suction helps increase blood flow, relax muscles, and promote healing. They are usually placed on the back, shoulders, or other areas of tension. Cupping can leave temporary circular marks or bruises, which are normal and fade in a few days. It’s often used to relieve pain, reduce muscle tightness, and improve circulation.

Gua Sha
$100
Gua sha is a traditional healing technique from Chinese medicine that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool, usually made of jade, bone, or horn. The scraping creates gentle pressure and redness on the skin, which is believed to help improve circulation, release muscle tension, and promote healing. Gua sha is often used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and boost immune function. The treatment may leave temporary red or purple marks called "sha," which usually fade within a few days.
Microneedling
$300
Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that uses tiny, fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries on the skin’s surface. This stimulates the skin’s natural healing process, boosting collagen and elastin production, which helps improve skin texture, reduce scars, wrinkles, and fine lines, and enhance overall skin appearance. It’s commonly done on the face but can be used on other areas too. The treatment may cause mild redness or sensitivity afterward, but downtime is usually minimal.
Tuina Acupressure
$150
Tuina (Tui Na) is a form of traditional Chinese manual therapy that uses rhythmic massage, acupressure, and gentle manipulation to stimulate Qi, promote circulation, and relieve pain. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tuina is effective for treating a wide range of conditions including musculoskeletal pain, stress, fatigue, and tension-related issues. Unlike Western massage, Tuina focuses on restoring internal balance and targeting specific acupoints along the body’s meridians. Whether used on its own or combined with treatments like acupuncture or cupping, Tuina offers a holistic approach to healing that supports both physical and energetic well-being.
